EXPERIENCE THE HEART SPACE

  • To connect with the heart centre behind the back, you should take five steps backwards and – without pausing – three steps forwards again. Repeat this rhythmic sequence of steps several times. It is best to do this exercise first physically a few times and then imaginatively for a while – visualising that you are stepping into your back space.
  • As you take more steps backwards than forwards each time, after a while you will find the treasure chamber of your heart, where the archetypes of the philo-sphere reside. Feel their presence.
  • Next, we want to experience the quality of the heart centre in front of the chest. To do this, take five steps forward and three steps back a few times. If you do it imaginatively, visualise yourself stepping into the space in front of you.
  • Now you can experience your heart centre pulsating exactly midway between the two partial centres in the middle of your chest.
