The Merging of the Earthly and Cosmic Dimensions though the Opening of the Heart

This workshop is telepathic and we orientate ourselves according to the course of the Sun. That means no matter where the participant is located, the workshop always begins at the given time according to your local time zone.
If needed, review the Guidelines for Telepathic Workshops published on these two websites. Study the workshop plan beforehand and have it printed with you or available on your computer or phone, so that you can follow the sequences.
Since we each have different rhythms of how we engage in our spiritual work, take as much time as you need for each sequence.
Group Attunement
Be grounded in your heart and body and feel the presence of our group, which includes elemental, angelic and spiritual beings who support us.
Although we are spread widely around the world, we come together in our love for Gaia and our sense of shared responsibility for the life of Earth.
Sequence 1: Dancing in Unison with the Earthly and Cosmic Aspects of Life
(proposed by Tea Golob)
This meditation sequence was inspired by the fairy beings dancing in a circle. They have been joined by the angels, who embrace their dance with the gentle presence of divine cosmic energy. The unison of elemental earthly creativity and cosmic presence is inviting us to merge and to synthesize different aspects of being, different aspects of life and divine creation, into one dance of joyful creativity and the manifestation of consciousness. This unison can be achieved through our heart, which can be perceived as the navel of the world. From this point we can go up or down, left or right, and the awareness of all these directions from our heart creates a sphere of unity.
1. Imagine you are standing barefoot in a beautiful meadow. Become aware of your elemental being that roots you deep down into the Earth, and simultaneously you become aware of your angelic aspect – your higher self, your soul – that reaches high into the sky.
2. Perceive your heart as a point of joyful union of both aspects. Consciously breathe from your heart upwards and then downwards, creating a figure of eight, or symbol of infinity…. Now feel how your elemental being and angelic aspect dance into one through your heart.
3. Now become aware of the landscape where you are standing. The landscape embodies both the earthly and the cosmic dimensions. Breathe through your heart in the symbol of infinity again – but not only in the vertical direction, also in the horizontal direction. Observe how you feel. Notice all that is beginning to dance now – whether the trees in their cosmic and underground dimensions, or the mountains as giants, or minerals rising from the depth of the Earth … Feel all this!
4. Now breathe through your heart in every direction possible. Your heart is the junction, and the symbol of infinity, the figure of eight, and is creating a beautiful flower. Sense how it feels to connect all directions, all manifestations of life within you. Take and carry this impression into your daily life.
Sequence 2: The Family Tree Upside Down (proposed by Haro Wijnsouw)
In the new earthly existence, the boundaries between different opposites blur. In this way the worlds of our ancestors and our descendants also flow into one another.
1. Imagine that you are standing in front of the trunk of a large tree. Your heart is at the same level as the tree’s heart. You feel how both hearts flow into one another. Then the first miracle happens – you step inside the trunk, and you and the tree become one.
2. Three large branches grow from the trunk. Each branch turns out to be one of your imaginary children. From each branch, various smaller branches now grow – these are your imaginary grandchildren. Subsequently, even more side branches emerge – your imaginary descendants. Notice how wide and high your family tree spreads. Notice how far into the future your descendants reach.
3. Next, direct your attention downwards to the root system of the tree. Each taproot turns out to be an ancestor – each branch of the root system is a distant forefather or distant foremother. Notice how deep and far back in the past your ancestors spread.
4. Now a new miracle happens. You and the whole tree jump backward and stand on your head. The roots are high in the sky, the crown deep in the ground. You notice how everything begins to flow, how grandparents flow into grandchildren, how your ancestors switch places with your descendants.
5. Then step back out of the tree and come to yourself. How do you feel?
Sequence 3: Love Calling Forth the Water Dragons(proposed by Ying Li)
In the face of immense global challenges, water asks for our steadfast presence and devotion to life. The love sphere of the Earth has reached a new phase where the heart force can liberate the deepest creative powers, presenting unprecedented opportunities to collaborate with our formidable Earthly angels, the water dragons.
1. Hold a cup of water in your hands, a physical or an imaginary one. Take a moment to give deep thanks for water, a gift of pure life from Gaia.
2. As you open your heart to water, you connect with the water bodies which you know and love – rivers, lakes, seas and oceans. Your heart embraces these waters and the beings of the parallel worlds who uphold the divine water matrix: elemental beings, fairies, devas and more.
3. Feel how the cup of waters in your hand is now transforming, becoming a holy grail of life. Take a sip of the waters, then set down your cup. As you feel the water moving within your embodied being, be inspired into sounding or making gentle body movements.
4. The sound vibrations and movements take you into the deepest water world – the water dragons who guard the doorways of life. Take a moment to sense the water dragons who answer only to Gaia and those with heartfelt love for Earth.
5. As your heart force meets the water dragons, a quantum leap occurs – the dragons cross the gateways of the causal dimensions into our embodied world. Allow the dragons to feel your deep love for water and ask the dragons to go to all the places where support for water is needed.
6. Feel the tremendous power of the water dragons as they fly through time and space, spreading throughout the planet. Feel great joy knowing that our love for water has unleashed the water dragons, renewing the abundance and sovereignty of life.
Sequence 4: The Earth and the Interstellar Cosmos in Exchange(Proposed by Marko Pogačnik)
Your point of departure is the place where you live, or another that you may choose. Be aware that each place on Earth represents the Earth as a whole. Each place on Earth is present in two ways. (1) The place that is visible to our eyes is open to the interstellar universe composed of stars that embody cosmic qualities. (2) The dark underground of the same place is home of creative powers and beings of the Earth, such as elemental beings or dragons.
1. Feel your place in its natural quality. Even if there are artificial structures that are present, they still stand upon the natural ground. Feel water flowing at your place.
2. Then relate to the interstellar space above. Take time to feel it inside of you. Imagine collecting the light of the stars in the vessel of your heart space.
3. Then turn the vessel with the collected star light upside down, so that the light of the stars flows into the ground and consequently also into the Earth body.
4. As an answer to this gift of the universe, the Earth opens its underground worlds and beings to the interstellar space.
5. Be aware that it is your heart that makes it possible that the inner powers and beings of the Earth come into exchange with interstellar spaces. How does this feel?
6. For a while feel this fantastic exchange flowing through the heart space of all the participants of the present telepathic workshop simultaneously!

Conclusion
- Be aware that one of the purposes of participating in the telepathic workshops is to offer the opportunity to beings of other dimensions and worlds of Gaia to collaborate together with us humans on themes important to us all.
- Take some moments to feel all those wonderful beings, and to express your gratitude.
- Ask these beings and worlds to repeat (with us) these proposed exercises into the future, if they decide to do so.
- Please repeat some of the sequences of the workshop according to your choice in the period between this workshop and the next one. You can use them as part of your daily meditation.
