Contact and Celebration with Gaia and All Living Beings

This workshop is telepathic and we orientate ourselves according to the course of the Sun. That means no matter where the participant is located, the workshop always begins at the given time according to your local time zone.
If needed, review the Guidelines for Telepathic Workshops published on these two websites. Study the workshop plan beforehand and have it printed with you or available on your computer or phone, so that you can follow the sequences.
Since we each have different rhythms of how we engage in our spiritual work, take as much time as you need for each sequence.
Group Attunement
Be grounded in your heart and body and feel the presence of our group, which includes elemental, angelic and spiritual beings who support us.
Although we are spread widely around the world, we come together in our love for Gaia and our sense of shared responsibility for the life of Earth.
Sequence 1: Together We Make Our Dreams Come True(proposed by Ying Li)
In the manifest human realm where many systems are still held in place by structures based on fear, greed and division, we may encounter reoccurring moments of grief or bewilderment. Yet Gaia’s developments make clear that the Earthly universe is rooted in love and community. We each have a special role to play in building the thriving Earth of our wildest dreams.
1. We first make contact with the trees, our tall teachers of creating community. Bring to your awareness a forest or group of trees who you know. Imagine you are amongst them, and ask them to share with you their wisdom related to building community.
2. Next we make contact with the Sidhe, our fairy cousins who can teach us about true creativity in harmony with life. Imagine a beautiful table laid out for a feast, but all the seats seem to be empty. You sit down at the table and you realize that there are ethereal beings moving around you. Ask one of these fairy beings to inspire you to co-create in harmony with Gaia.
3. Our physical bodies also require our loving attention. The animals have long been supporting humanity to embody Gaia’s regenerative flows. Take a moment to sense which being from the animal kingdom would like to make contact with you. Ask the animal helper to show you how to be more integrated in your body.
4. We then open ourselves to the angelic world, the cosmic masters of miracles. Make a heartfelt prayer or gesture for the good of all life. Feel the rays of the angelic network illuminating the Earthly realms, answering the calls which are rooted in deep love.
5. We finally invoke the elementals who are the skilled weavers of Gaia’s worlds. Wiggle your fingers and toes at the same time, joyfully acknowledging the elemental beings, Gaia’s hands and feet, who bring the impulses of life into manifestation.
6. If there are any other beings or evolutions who you feel would like to join this moment, please invite them now. Sense the big family of life which you are part of and how, in heartfelt togetherness, the impossible becomes possible. The Earthly paradise of our dreams is coming into being!
Sequence 2: The Ethereal Drop(proposed by Haro Wijnsouw)
Water is not only one of the most important conditions for life on Earth – from the element hydrogen and its underlying property of fluidity, all other components of this Universe originated. During the Earth’s transformation process, the primordial element hydrogen holds a transparent, ethereal space through the immense condensation of our earthly existence.
1. Connect with the water element within yourself. Feel the water in your cells and in your bodily fluids. Notice the presence of your personal water consciousness.
2. Fold your hands together as if praying, forming a hollow with them. Now let all your water energy flow into the hollow between your folded hands. All that is water within you is concentrated in one single drop.
3. Notice how this drop of water in your hands becomes completely transparent. An ethereal drop forms in your hands.
4. Open your palms and simultaneously move your fingertips downwards. Now turn your hands upwards and move your fingers in a light, sparkling motion!
5. Rest your hands and sit still for a moment.
Sequence 3: Time and Space Crisis (proposed by Marko Pogačnik)
The time and space structures that we use to organize our life upon the Earth are human inventions. In our lives we often witness their collapse – but in retrospect the collapse reveals itself to have a deeper meaning. Recently I traveled home from a workshop in the north of Italy. In normal conditions the trip takes six hours for me to return home, but this time the trip took two days. But I discovered something valuable during those two days.
1. Imagine travelling on a train. Suddenly the train stops in the middle of nowhere. You sit with other travelers for an hour waiting for help to fix the problem – but it is delayed!
2. You have had enough of waiting and decide to leave the train and enter the forest along the railway line.
3. While walking in the forest you are surprised by the feeling rising up within you after several plants along the path gently touch your body. There is a sweet feeling within their touch. Try to feel it.
4. As you continue moving deeper into the forest you find yourself among a group of micro elemental beings moving upon the ground. They want to show you a light-and-love sphere hidden under the shrubs. Take the sphere into your heart space and experience its quality.
5. You continue along your path, carrying the light-and-love sphere within your heart space. All the people that you meet feel inspired by the radiation of your sphere so that the love-and-light spheres within their hearts awaken. Everyday life becomes full of meaning and joy.

- To strengthen our creative field, you are invited to dedicate one minute per day to the theme of the month. You are also invited to dedicate a second minute per day to strengthen the spiritual links within our LifeLoveNet community.

Conclusion
- Be aware that one of the purposes of participating in the telepathic workshops is to offer the opportunity to beings of other dimensions and worlds of Gaia to collaborate together with us humans on themes important to us all.
- Take some moments to feel all those wonderful beings, and to express your gratitude.
- Ask these beings and worlds to repeat (with us) these proposed exercises into the future, if they decide to do so.
- Please repeat some of the sequences of the workshop according to your choice in the period between this workshop and the next one. You can use them as part of your daily meditation.
