This workshop is telepathic and we orientate ourselves according to the course of the Sun. That means no matter where the participant is located, the workshop always begins at the given time according to your local time zone.

Since we each have different rhythms of how we engage in our spiritual work, take as much time as you need for each sequence.

Be grounded in your heart and body and feel the presence of our group, which includes elemental, angelic and spiritual beings who support us.

Although we are spread widely around the world, we come together in our love for Gaia and our sense of shared responsibility for the life of Earth.

Birth of a New Star (proposed by Marko Pogačnik)

Christmas time stands as a symbol for the birth of a new masculine principle – a boy born from the divine mother. He is about to renew masculine qualities within the human race like truthfulness, righteousness, and the awareness of who we truly are as human beings…

1. See the sun rising behind a tall tree. Its leaves and branches function as a membrane so that you can watch the rising sun without your eyes being hurt.

2. Imagine a human-like figure emerging out of the sun and approaching you. His color is light blue. Now you can recognize him as a young male with the fragrance of divinity.

3. As he comes nearer and nearer he becomes larger and larger, and more and more similar to a spherical cloud of light blue color.

4. Finally he passes your body. Be attentive to feel the range of qualities that the divine cloud is carrying while passing your body.

5. Beyond your body the cloud’s presence distributes among the human nations and other beings of the Earthly universe.

6. Be aware that the qualities it brings us can become our daily reality if you and I are ready to embody them in our lives.

Cosmic Dance of the Sun and Moon Within Our Hearts (Proposed by Tea Golob)

By embracing the timeless symbolic archetypes within us, we can consciously expand our awareness to acknowledge and to harmonise masculine and feminine aspects. Let us reunite both aspects within our hearts with the aim of igniting our own creative potentials, and aligning with the rhythms of Gaia’s unconditional love, spreading peace and balance throughout her creation.

1. You sit comfortably in the protective embrace of the sacred Ilex or the Holy tree. The ancient guardian is a reminder of the sacred time at the end of the year, inviting us to step into the opportunities of the coming season with open heart and intention.

2. You turn to your left side and look up at the sky. There is a beautiful moon, expressing itself in the form of a beautiful female goddess. You gaze into her shiny magnetic light. You raise your open palms and send her love and appreciation for her efforts in balancing the natural forces and enabling life to manifest in all its numerous forms. She returns her gratitude to you and fills your heart with the moonlight. Notice how you feel.

3. Then, turn to your right side and look up at the sky. There is a luminous sun, expressing itself in the form of a powerful male god. You gaze into his sparkling electric light. You raise your open palms and send him love and appreciation for his efforts in awakening the natural forces and enabling life to burst into physical existence. He returns his gratitude to you and fills your heart with his electric sunrays. Notice how you feel.

4. The light of the moon and the sun begins to merge within your heart, creating a unified spectrum of energy. This union radiates outward as powerful electromagnetic vibrations, emanating from your heart space. Notice how you feel and notice your significance in this cosmic dance of love and creation.

Role of the Masculine in the Earthly Transformation Process (proposed by Haro Wijnsouw)

Straightforwardness and purposefulness are so-called masculine qualities (which does not mean that a woman cannot also have them to a greater or lesser extent). Although this rationality has caused great problems for the world, they appear to be indispensable aspects in the current quantum leap of the Earth.

1. You are in a large city with narrow, straight streets and tall grey buildings. There is a woman to your left and a man to your right.

2. You decide to go to the park. You look at the woman and notice how she conjures up the image of a park with vast lawns and tall trees. Then you look at the man and he points with his arm outstretched in the direction where he thinks the park is located.

3. At each intersection, the man points where to go. Left, right, straight ahead. At a certain point, however, you all end up at the same point. You have lost your way and to make matters worse, it starts to rain heavily.

4. You look at the man but he stares sullenly ahead. You look at the woman and she shrugs her shoulders. You decide to take the hand of the man and the woman and to thank them heartily for the fact that you have come this far together. At that moment the rain stops, the sun breaks through the clouds and casts a golden glow over the buildings. Your intuition tells you where the park is; it is close by!

5. When you get there, a brightly coloured rainbow appears in the dark blue sky. You walk across the lawn, approaching the rainbow and you are even able to walk under it. This brings you to a completely different reality. It is transparent, sparkling and virile and you notice that the woman and the man have changed into a girl and a boy. The children dance around you. Your intuition tells exactly you where to go.

Three Tree Queens (proposed by Ying Li)
One of the gifts of the trees and the plant world is to continually spread the watery feminine field of consciousness. In this sense they are noble midwives of the Earth transformations and the new aspects of the masculine coming into manifestation currently.

1. Imagine three majestic trees standing together. As your heart opens to their vibration, you realise you are in the presence of three queens. You feel called to bow or kneel in their presence- free to do so physically or in your imagination.
2. As you pay your respects to the three queens, you feel a soft light on your skin. This light is unlike any other light you know- it is Earthlight, the light coming from Earth herself. Allow yourself to absorb Earthlight into all the cells of your body.
3. You then notice that the Earth beneath you is transformed into a field of stars. Imagine you have etheric roots which are absorbing water and minerals from the starfield underneath you. Take a moment to experience the nourishment of water and minerals from the stars.
4. Now stand up and join your heart with the hearts of the three queens. Together you create waves of gold and blue water, which bring softness, sensitivity and creativity to all the spaces around you. Sense how these watery streams are awakening new masculine qualities throughout the world, which are anchored in love and peace.
5. Give thanks to the three queens, and see them celebrating like Sophia-mas trees, alongside Christ-mas trees. Light a candle (in your heart or a physical one) for the birth of a new era.

Conclusion

• Be aware that one of the purposes of participating in the telepathic workshops is to offer the opportunity to beings of other dimensions and worlds of Gaia to collaborate together with us humans on themes important to us all.

• Take some moments to feel all those wonderful beings, and to express your gratitude.

• Ask these beings and worlds to repeat (with us) these proposed exercises into the future, if they decide to do so.

• Please repeat some of the sequences of the workshop according to your choice in the period between one and the next workshop. You can use them as part of your daily meditation.
