This workshop is telepathic and we orientate ourselves according to the course of the Sun. That means no matter where the participant is located, the workshop always begins at the given time according to your local time zone.
If needed, review the Guidelines for Telepathic Workshops published on these two websites. Study the workshop plan beforehand and have it printed with you or available on your computer or phone, so that you can follow the sequences.
Since we each have different rhythms of how we engage in our spiritual work, take as much time as you need for each sequence.
Group Attunement
Be grounded in your heart and body and feel the presence of our group, which includes elemental, angelic and spiritual beings who support us.
Although we are spread widely around the world, we come together in our love for Gaia and our sense of shared responsibility for the life of Earth.
Sequence 1: Awakening the Primordial Feminine Power(Proposal by Marko Pogačnik)
During centuries and millennia of patriarchal dominance the deepest layer of the feminine qualities have been suppressed and even cursed. Let us work on redeeming its powers within present day women and men.
- You are invited to descend along your backbone, starting from the back of your head. Imagine climbing down your backbone as if it were a ladder. You carry a crystal sphere upon your head as you climb down.
- Move extremely carefully down the ladder to prevent the crystal sphere from falling into an abyss and breaking into a thousand pieces.
- As you almost arrive at your coccyx the crystal sphere rolls off your head – what a disaster! After the sphere breaks apart a terrible wizard comes in. The sky and the Earth become dark, and lightning flashes.
- After the disaster subsides you realize that you are alone in a deserted place. No living being can be seen. There is only a pile of stones sheltering a cave.
- You walk into the cave and meet a wise woman as old as the Earth. She gives you a micro crystal sphere and you swallow it.
- Now carrying the crystal sphere at the bottom of your belly, you climb up your backbone, as if it were a ladder. But now, safely stored at the base of your body, the sphere cannot be endangered again.
- Arriving at the top of your backbone, you enter the crystal sphere of your head. You realize in that very moment that the sphere of your head has become identical with the tiny sphere that you carry at the bottom of your belly. Repeat this sequence a few times to feel its quantum leap of transformation.
Sequence 2: Swimming with Whales, Healing Our Emotional Wounds(proposed by Tea Golob)
Each one of us experiences unique challenges, traumas, and emotional disturbances related to our individual life paths, family backgrounds, and ancestral wounds. These are stored in our bodies as energetic imprints. Although they are deeply personal, they also reflect the pain and wounds of the Earth, as our bodies grow from her. Our energetic fields vibrate within the embrace of her love, giving us life as embodied beings. During this time of deep planetary transformation, the Earth invites us to actively take part in a process of healing and emotional transformation.
One way we can do this is by imagining ourselves as a fractal of who we are. Though we become very small, we still contain the essence of all that we are. And do not worry – your physical body remains untouched. From this perspective, however, it becomes a tool for exploring different dimensions, as it holds portals to various realms. One of these portals lies at the very center of your heart.
- As a tiny fractal of yourself, step into the center of your heart space. Feel yourself standing in warm water that gently covers your feet. Now, make a backflip and sense yourself diving deep into your body, deep into the core of the Earth. How does it feel to go so deep?
- You are now in deep waters, vast as an ocean, yet rising from the heart of Gaia—warm, soothing, and healing. As you swim effortlessly, like merfolk do, you notice whales approaching. Listen to their beautiful songs, and as they sing, see little sparks glowing on their foreheads. Observe their colours and patterns.
- If you look long enough, you will notice that these sparks reflect the star constellations. The songs of the whales are tuned to the frequency of the stars. Immerse yourself in this frequency. How does it feel?
- Through these songs, the whales dissolve emotional wounds and outdated, stagnant mental patterns within the Earth. Old ideas are cleared away, making space for a new consciousness to expand – imbued with a heartfelt, loving presence. Feel this process unfolding within your body. Sense the erosion of the old, and how the new is arising. How are you experiencing it?
Sequence 3: Birthing the New Rays of Sophia and Christ Within (proposed by Ying Li)
At the end of the year, the veils between the outer and inner worlds become thin. We are
given an opportunity to touch deeply our individual and collective soul matrix. Although it
may be hard to imagine at times, the greatest gift we can receive is precisely that which we
are living – the human journey of birthing our divine self.
- To touch the primordial waters of your being, make contact with the water in your eyes which has the closest composition to amniotic fluid. Blink a few times, then imagine the waters in your eyes gently streaming out, forming in front of you a lake of Gaia’s primal waters of creation.
- To your amazement, many people from around the world have appeared and they are doing the same. All of you are now standing in a circle around a lake of primordial Earth
waters. You see everyone holding hands, joined in heart force and giving deep thanks for the capacity of water to support life.
3. Now we release our hands and open our arms to the sky. We then behold the most beautiful sight: the stars of Sophia and Christ consciousness which hold the rays of
embodied feminine divinity and embodied masculine divinity flowing down from the angelic world into the collective waters of Earth.
4. Be enraptured by how these stars land and fill the lake. Then imagine all of humanity
stepping into the waters, renewing the relationship to the divine feminine soul and divine masculine soul. Take a moment to sense how these starlit waters are flowing through your body and the spaces surrounding you, offering you and all beings of the Earthly Universe new possibilities of peaceful togetherness and joyful creativity.
Sequence 4: A New Earth Christmas Story(proposed by Haro Wijnsouw)
In our new earthly existence, the separation between ourselves and the so-called outside world becomes relative. In this way, both the inner and outer transformations take place as a whole. Moreover, both exist in the same moment.
- It is Christmas Eve. Imagine yourself wandering the deserted streets of a city. As in the story of Mary and Joseph, you don’t know where to go. During this annual celebration of connection, you feel lonelier than ever.
- The sky is gray, but a faint starlight twinkles among the clouds. The star speaks to you; it is as lonely as you are. With your right arm, you reach out for the lone star and take it into your heart.
- You walk on and feel a presence behind you. You sense someone from the world of your ancestors making himself known. It is a wandering soul, lost in a desert of loneliness. With your left hand, you reach out for this wandering soul and take it into your heart.
- Then you enter a park where a huge tree catches your attention. Its branches and roots stretch out widely, and you notice how it connects, not just with the surroundings or the landscape; you, the lone star and the wandering soul, are carried across the Earth and further into the Universe. You feel one with everything in the Cosmos.
- This isn’t all. Within the tree is a being, a cosmic consciousness composed of pure, unconditional love. This loving being takes you into its arms and cradles you, the star and the soul, in its nurturing embrace.
Conclusion
- Be aware that one of the purposes of participating in the telepathic workshops is to offer the opportunity to beings of other dimensions and worlds of Gaia to collaborate together with us humans on themes important to us all.
- Take some moments to feel all those wonderful beings, and to express your gratitude.
- Ask these beings and worlds to repeat (with us) these proposed exercises into the future, if they decide to do so.
- Please repeat some of the sequences of the workshop according to your choice in the period between this workshop and the next one. You can use them as part of your daily meditation.
