This workshop is telepathic and we orientate ourselves according to the course of the Sun. That means no matter where the participant is located, the workshop always begins at the given time according to your local time zone.
If needed, review the Guidelines for Telepathic Workshops published on these two websites. Study the workshop plan beforehand and have it printed with you or available on your computer or phone, so that you can follow the sequences.
Since we each have different rhythms of how we engage in our spiritual work, take as much time as you need for each sequence.
Group Attunement
Be grounded in your heart and body and feel the presence of our group, which includes elemental, angelic and spiritual beings who support us.
Although we are spread widely around the world, we come together in our love for Gaia and our sense of shared responsibility for the life of Earth.
Sequence 1: Human Being: Three Heads in One(Proposed by Marko Pogačnik)
Human beings are rather complicated creatures, especially where our consciousness is concerned. It is composed from different aspects – elemental (originating from Gaia’s world of nature), elfin (originating from a parallel evolution perceived as fairy-like) and, of course, human. Now the time is ripe to reconnect all three levels of our shared identity.
Imagine going to the food market. You stand in front of a stand with a pile of cabbage heads. You are fascinated by their natural beauty.
While the merchant looks away you exchange your head with one of the cabbage heads. How does your head feel to be identical to such a beautiful creation of nature?
To avoid being caught by the police you hide away. You notice a small door below your skull behind your left ear (at the point where your head and throat touch). Make yourself small and sneak in through that door.
Now you find yourself in a cave with a spiral stairway leading down into your heart space. Walk down these stairs.
As you arrive in the space of your heart enjoy its colorful ambience. Take your time to feel it.
Then you notice that you are surrounded by ethereal feminine beings that guard a collection of spheres shining in the most beautiful colors.
The fairy-like ladies are in love with the natural beauty of your cabbage head. They offer to exchange your cabbage head with one of their spheres. You accept it. How do you feel to have the beautiful elfin sphere within your head?
Sequence 2: Our Shared Elf-Human Essence (Proposed by Haro Wijnsouw)
For so very long the elf world has been separated from the human world. Fortunately, during the planetary transformation process now underway, both worlds are reuniting. Moreover, the unique qualities of elf and human play an important role in the expression of the New Earth Soul. Both meet in the common heart.
If you like, you can do this exercise standing upright. Bring both hands to your heart. Ask the elf within you to fill your heart with its ethereal essence. (You may, but it’s not needed, to form an image of your personal elf). Notice how your hands have also become ethereal.
Bring one hand to your forehead and allow your brain to become ethereal as well. Then bring both hands to your throat; by doing this, your heart and brain form an ethereal whole. Open your hands; express yourself through your shared elf-human essence!
Look down, deep into the Earth. There you will perceive an ethereal Earth; vibrant, strong, and full of potential. Bend forward and bring your ethereal elf-human hands into the ethereal Earth. Notice how a sparkling cluster immediately forms in your hands.
Bring this sparkling cluster to the Earth’s surface, level with your mouth and then blow; see how tiny aspects of the New Earth Soul spread out across the Earth and out into the Universe!
Sequence 3: Passing Through the Veil of Mist(Proposed by Tea Golob)
Oftentimes, precious insights, memories, and magical experiences – and even other realms where etheric beings reside — are hidden from our awareness. We need courage to find a way, a passage to them, which often requires us to deviate from familiar paths and routine tasks. Listen: our elven sisters and brothers, our ancestors, and our angelic guides are inviting us to step through the veil and meet them in the garden of joyful reunion, heartfelt experiences, and unconditional love!
Imagine you are walking along your daily path, your familiar route – whether in the city or somewhere in nature. Spend a few moments there. Suddenly, you notice a dense fog in front of you. The mist is so thick that you cannot see what lies within it.
Bravely, you step into the fog. You find yourself inside a wet, cold cloud that is almost completely impenetrable. There is no one around you, and you do not know how to proceed.
Observe the fog. It is composed of countless droplets of water. Each drop begins to shine like a tiny light bulb. They are containers of experiences and memories gathered while traveling around the globe – once in the sky, then in the oceans, and again in the underworld. Open your senses as the droplets envelop you. Feel how the fog is a mist of experiences and magical memories of life.
The water droplets form a shimmering bubble. You are invited to step inside. Though fragile in appearance, it is strong enough to hold you. Once inside the bubble, you become weightless and are able to move in any direction you choose. As you float, the fog begins to thin, and you draw closer to the garden where all Earthly and cosmic beings can meet. Enjoy your presence there.
When you need to return, simply open your eyes. Repeat this journey whenever you feel the call – or the song from the garden, from your ancestors, from elven beings or angels.
Sequence 4: Reviving the Sacred Fire(Proposed by Ying Li)
Water has been bringing us through the birthing channel of Gaia’s transformations, and now fire is calling for our embrace. The plant world shows the way: fire flowers and fire plants have seeds which can lie dormant in the ground for decades, even a century or more. When the seed encounters a path of fire, it wakes up and begins to grow.
To attune to the fire seed, make the gesture which I call the ‘Feminine Namaste’: instead of placing the palms flat against each other in front of your chest, curve your fingers and palms slightly so there is a gap between them. The top of the fingers and bottom of the palms are touching, making a mandorla shape.
Imagine a seed inside your hands, infused by the warmth of your heart. Then bend downwards and gently place the precious seed deep into the ground. Next take one inhale and imagine exhaling a strong dragon breath of fire onto the ground where the seed was dropped.
The stream of fire from your dragon breath touches the seed and as it does so, an incredible activation occurs. The seed loses its hard shell and begins to take in water and air. Shoots start sprouting and a fire flower fairy being emerges.
The fire flower fairy flies to her beloved, the primordial giant who gifted the use of fire to the human world (in Greek mythology he is called Prometheus). The giant is chained to a mountain and the fire flower fairy frees him. Reunited, they connect to all the networks in the world which are ignited by fire or combustion.
They invite you to stand with them and send Gaia sparks of love across all kinds of energy networks, both man-made and natural. As the Gaia sparks touch the elemental beings within the energy systems, power grids and electrical circuits, a tsunamic wave of love is generated.
Feel how the wave of love is spreading across the entire planet, carried by the fire beings. Ethereal pools made of fire and air are forming, gathering love and divine frequencies. Give thanks and now creatively dance with the fire beings!
Conclusion
Be aware that one of the purposes of participating in the telepathic workshops is to offer the opportunity to beings of other dimensions and worlds of Gaia to collaborate together with us humans on themes important to us all.
Take some moments to feel all those wonderful beings, and to express your gratitude.
Ask these beings and worlds to repeat (with us) these proposed exercises into the future, if they decide to do so.
Please repeat some of the sequences of the workshop according to your choice in the period between this workshop and the next one. You can use them as part of your daily meditation.
