This workshop is telepathic and we orientate ourselves according to the course of the Sun. That means no matter where the participant is located, the workshop always begins at the given time according to your local time zone.
If needed, review the Guidelines for Telepathic Workshops published on these two websites. Study the workshop plan beforehand and have it printed with you or available on your computer or phone, so that you can follow the sequences.
Since we each have different rhythms of how we engage in our spiritual work, take as much time as you need for each sequence.
Group Attunement
Be grounded in your heart and body and feel the presence of our group, which includes elemental, angelic and spiritual beings who support us.
Although we are spread widely around the world, we come together in our love for Gaia and our sense of shared responsibility for the life of Earth.
Sequence 1: New Beginnings, New Opportunities, New Creations (proposed by Tea Golob)
As we step into 2025, we have an opportunity to embark on a new micro-cycle, where new beginnings lay the foundation for a future filled with love, compassion, and gratitude. Let us become aware of our creative potentials and unite in harmonious co-creation with all beings who share with us this beautiful home- Earth.
- Focus your attention about five inches above your head. Envision this space as a portal to your higher self, your soul- a radiant, spinning ball of energy. Observe, how does it appear to you? Does it glow? What colors does it emanate? Allow yourself to really feel it.
- Shift your focus downward to a point about five inches below your feet. Imagine another spinning ball of energy- a portal connecting you to Gaia’s soul and all her beings, ethereal and physical. What does this portal feel like? How does it glow? Which colors or sensations arise as you sense this connection?
- Allow your awareness to expand beyond the boundaries of your physical body. Envelop both portals within your consciousness. Feel how light you are, shining and beautiful. Now invite all the beings of our planet- physical and ethereal- who wish to join you in the circle of co-creation. Open up to their presence, observe who is joining the circle, and express your gratitude to each one of them. Feel how they are grateful for you as well.
- Once the circle is complete, imagine that everyone in the circle does a backflip. With this motion, we transcend into the causal plane- the realm where manifestations take root. Open your heart fully and send forth your deepest wishes for the year ahead. Observe how vibrant rays of light come from all our hearts and merge in the centre to form waves of pure love and gratitude. The amplitude of our heart waves is so strong that physical reality begins to respond. Feel how your body resonates with this new reality.
Sequence 2: Heart Medicine with the Wood Snake (proposed by Ying Li)
The approaching year of the wood snake carries potent gifts of transformation. The snake as a master teacher invites us to work with the situations where love does not happen automatically. By alchemising hardship and pain, we create powers of embodied love for the collective good.
- Imagine a tree with a hole before you. Curious, you peer inside the hole and you find yourself looking into the eyes of a snake. You feel the snake will not harm you and you continue looking into its eyes, sensing its presence.
- You then feel the snake telepathically communicating with you. It says: ‘I was once a great dragon. To enter this world, I had to lose my wings, give up my fire breath and shrink into a small body. That is the price I paid in order to learn to eat my own poison.’
- As you listen to the snake’s story, you feel intense compassion and respect for the snake. You realise the snake has initiated a process of transformation within you. You then see all the pain and suffering you have experienced in life inside a purple cloud. The purple cloud moves towards you and like the snake, you feel the urge to learn the power of transmutation.
- A drop from the purple cloud lands on your tongue. As you swallow it, your eyes burst with tears and the drop goes straight to your heart. Incredibly, you discover that each drop of poison you swallow is removing the barriers within you to love. Take a moment to sense how any resistance to love within you is melting away.
- Feel how the difficult experiences in life, which had caused you to build armouring, fears and judgments of yourself and others, are now being transmuted. You then see yourself holding hands in a large circle with other LifeNet members around the world. Standing between and around us are the beings of the parallel worlds who are supporting us.
- As we join together, we become aware of the heart force surging from our group. With this heart force anchoring us in Gaia’s universe of love, we are able to meet all challenges with joy, creativity and inspired action.
Sequence 3: Transparent Light of the New Earthly Soul (proposed by Haro Wijnsouw)
This exercise helps you deal with obstacles in your life. Realize that most of these difficulties are manifestations of an old reality. The new Earthly reality is open and transparent and effortlessly radiates through the old. Also realize that all these ‘conquered’ problems make the new Earthly soul more transparent and therefore even more powerful!
- Imagine a radiant light. It is the radiance of the new Earthly soul. Notice how you are absorbed by this light. You are part of the new Earthly soul. Take the time to experience this.
- From the new Earthly soul, you see countless beams of light radiating. One beam of light catches your eye. You jump on this beam of light just like you jump on a horse and you let yourself be carried away, shining into the surrounding space!
- At a certain point, your path is blocked by an impenetrable wall. The light cannot possibly pass through it. At that same moment the beam of light divides into a multitude of small light particles. You too are split into countless small versions of yourself.
- Swirling and sparkling, you continue your way right through the wall.
In daily life, you can simplify this exercise by experiencing yourself as transparent, allowing you to flow through the obstacle (situation, idea, emotion).
Sequence 4: Upward Path (proposed by Marko Pogačnik)
It is obvious that we are collective victims of a civilization that destroys as much as it creates. It cannot survive without conflicts and wars constantly threatening life and peace. Yet the experience that I share with many others says that parallel to this awful attitude, a different kind of existence is pushing its path towards the manifested level of reality. Without our joint help the germinating seeds cannot reach the surface of existence to develop into happy plants.
- Imagine there are stairs behind your back leading into the inner layers of the Earth. There Gaia and her helpers have positioned seeds of a new cycle in the planetary evolution based upon peace and loving cooperation.
- Go backwards down those stairs, always starting with the left foot followed by joining the right one. Give yourself time to feel the different levels you are walking through downwards.
- Finally you arrive in the chamber with the seeds ready to be planted in the course of the year’s cycle ahead of us.
- Be aware that they cannot germinate and ultimately become pioneers of a new evolutionary age if some of us do not carry them through our experience to the surface reality.
- Choose some seeds relating to their quality and purpose. Take them into your belly space. Transport them via your heart system up the stairs to the level of the manifested reality.
- Let their quality become your daily way of life so that they get a body in the manifested world.
Conclusion
- Be aware that one of the purposes of participating in the telepathic workshops is to offer the opportunity to beings of other dimensions and worlds of Gaia to collaborate together with us humans on themes important to us all.
- Take some moments to feel all those wonderful beings, and to express your gratitude.
- Ask these beings and worlds to repeat (with us) these proposed exercises into the future, if they decide to do so.
- Please repeat some of the sequences of the workshop according to your choice in the period between one and the next workshop. You can use them as part of your daily meditation.
