Still allow yourself
To direct your steps towards me – quite consciously.

- Imagine that you are looking at yourself from a certain distance.
- Walk slowly around yourself and look at you.
- From a distance, standing outside yourself, you have more ease recognising the alien layers created by our – often painfully constricting – adaptation to the dominant cultural patterns.
- Now step back into yourself and let anything that is foreign to your world and to your body, flow into the earth.
