INVITATION TO COLLABORATE WITH LIFENET WEEKLY EXERCISES, WINTERTIME 2020-2021

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Marko has developed and proposed a new LifeNet Weekly Winter Meditations Program. Attached and copied below is an invitation and description of the program.

The purpose of the Weekly Exercises is to more deeply connect to one’s inner self, to Gaia and her elemental worlds.

Another purpose is to connect more closely to each other as a group:

Do the exercise daily at the time convenient to you. Start by connecting to the group re-creating our common space and time structure as we do with the telepathic workshops.

Each Weekly Exercise will be composed of one Gaia message received by Andrea Rosslan-Brandt from the Ruhrgebiet geomantic group, Germany and a corresponding exercise created by Marko Pogačnik from Slovenia.

Each Thursday a new package for the Weekly exercises can be downloaded from www.lifenet.si. but you need to apply for participation (while registering your account on this website) because we would like to know with whom we work together.

If it is difficult for you to download the package from the website, then contact Jana Rieger at meditation@lebensnetz-geomantie.de informing her which language you require and she will ensure that you will receive the package by e-mail

As described in the invitation, The cycle of “Exercises to connect to Gaia and her elemental worlds” (Weekly Exercises) will begin on Thursday, January 7th 2021.

Marko’s work and collaboration with LifeNet is evolving, as is the LifeNet network itself. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions, comments, suggestions.

INVITATION TO COLLABORATE WITH LIFENET WEEKLY EXERCISES, WINTERTIME 2020-2021

The purpose of the Weekly Exercises is to provide the opportunity to more deeply connect to one’s inner self, to Gaia and her elemental worlds.

Another purpose is to the opportunity to connect more closely to each other as a group – we will do the exercises connected to each other as we have done in the previous telepathic workshops.

(The need for a telepathic workshop may also arise spontaneously in the wintertime. In this case we will send an invitation letter for participation as we usually do.)

Each Weekly Exercise will be composed of one or two Gaia messages that Andrea Rosslan-Brandt from the Herne geomantic group, Germany has received during the last month and a corresponding imaginative exercise that Marko Pogačnik from Slovenia has created in relationship to the given message.

The package will also contain a Gaia Touch body exercise with the corresponding drawing.

We propose that each participant perform the exercise and the Gaia Touch movement daily, throughout the week, and perhaps write notes on the experiences that can be shared at LifeNet home page.

The cycle of ”Exercises to connect to Gaia and her elemental worlds” (Weekly Exercises) will begin on Thursday, January 7th 2021. On that date you will find the initial package of the Exercises at www.lifenet.si. On each of the following Thursdays another package of the Exercises will be posted at the same website. If it is difficult for you to download the package from the website, then please promptly contact Jana Rieger at (meditation@lebensnetz-geomantie.de) and she will ensure that you will receive the package by e-mail – please remember that you will need to inform her which language you require.

Below is an example of weekly package to provide you with an experience of the future Weekly exercises and to help you decide about your participation.

Here is the message from Gaia received by Andrea (November 12th 2020)

Come human beings
closer to your inner peace,
let us experience ourselves – human beings and the Earth –
closer and better connected.
And then
you will awake to our Oneness.

And here is the corresponding exercise created by Marko

  • Perform the exercise while standing.
  • Imagine that the Mother of Life stands behind your back.
  • Try not to construct an image of her. Instead, allow a sensation to arise inside of you – how does it feel to be touching the presence of the Mother of all life.
  • Then take a step backward with your left foot so that for a while you stand inside her presence.
  • Then take a step forward with your right foot, so you are back within your body.
  • Now feel how the experience resonates within your personal universe.
  • Next sit down and listen attentively to the quality of your bodily space from the soles of your feet upward to the crown of your skull.
  • Repeat the exercise a few times to deepen your relationship to Gaia, the Creator of life upon the Earth, as well as to your body.

Message from Gaia received by Andrea (November 14th2020)

The threshold of death –
not a physical death.
The old egos go,
leaving human beings in the process of change.
Newly turned to the spiritual levels,
many human beings
found the ways
back to the ones –
to the source.
Humans,
get to know, sincerely, your: I am
and seize your task –
mediators between Heavens and the Earth are you.

Exercise by Marko

  • Perform the exercise while standing.
  • Lift your feet one after the other as if you were marching forward, yet you do not move from your place.
  • For a while continue with this apparent marching movement.
  • Now – you suddenly realize that Mother Death is coming towards you.
  • She passes you so closely that she lightly touches your right shoulder while continuing her walk toward your back space.
  • While Mother Death passes you, walking toward your back space, you continue to “walk” forward without moving from your place.
  • While in your back space Mother Death transmutes as much as possible the shadowy imprints and injustices that you have left behind you.
  • While continuing “walking” forward you are surprised how much clarity and joy Mother Death has left behind her while she was walking through our future.
  • Sit down and ponder for a while these fortunate past and future insights.

GAIA TOUCH EXERCISE Number 33

Gaia Touch exercise to balance the dominant mind

  1. Sit down in silence for some moments imagining that your head is a sphere of light.
  2. Imagine that you grab this sphere with both hands and bring it down carefully to the level of your heart, positioning it into your heart space.
  3. It is important to perform the corresponding gesture, starting with your hands positioned on both sides of your head, moving them down parallel towards your chest, as if holding the head.
  4. Keep the sphere of the head in the middle of your chest and tune it to your heart system.
  5. Then imagine moving the sphere one level lower, carrying it through your back space to position it within your pelvic cavity.
  6. Let it rest there for few moments, and ground it well.
  7. Then imagine that the sphere becomes as light as a soap bubble and ascends vertically to its proper place, uniting again with your physical head.
  8. Give thanks, and from now on trust your multidimensional intelligence.

The exercise is a gift of the Basilica San Marco in Venice. There it happened that my head was suddenly lifted and positioned into the space of my heart. Later the part with the belly space was added to ground the head within the area of the primordial dragon powers. (Marko)
