- The cracks reflect and appear upon and within your whole body.
- Bow down to the Earth, kneeling a bit, to bring you closer to the earth.
- Touch the ground with your hands, your head lowered as an expression of humility.
- In that moment the cracks in your body and the Earth become filled with a golden light energy.
- Feel the healing process upon your body and the body of the Earth, mirroring each other.
