• That is how we humans are nowadays. We have an excessive number of tasks. Everything around us is demanding our attention.
• When you perceive yourself straying outside yourself like this, imagine that on the inside there is a second ‘you’ who is incessantly crying.
• Its tears seep so deeply into the earth that they touch the heart of Gaia.
• In the warmth of Gaia’s heart, they evaporate and their vapour rises back to you as her motherly love.
• Attend to this process in order to dissolve the armour of your alienation.
