• Imagine a blue ring solemnly spinning around your body at heart level.
• Let the ring slide into the depths of the earth, so far that it rotates for a while around the focal point of Gaia, in the centre of the earth. Listen to the quality that builds up inside you.
• Then bring the ring back up to your heart level.
• Now imagine a second blue ring spinning around this ring, but in the opposite direction.
• Around the second ring revolves a third ring, again in the opposite direction.
• The three counter-revolving rings are sending ripples of strong ring-shaped waves into the force field of humanity, inviting all fellow human beings to connect permanently with Gaia, the Creator of Earth.
