Human beings – 

experience your creative wealth 

in union with Gaia, 

it is within you, 

not around you – 

There will never be creation 

outside of you 

without your inner awareness 

of the gifts 

that Gaia can manifest through you.

1. Imagine you are standing in a dry, parched landscape, a victim of the Earth Changes.
2. As you stand, descend from your coccyx to your knees and feet, and feel them  connect deep down to the core of the Earth.
3. In response to your impulse, Gaia transforms your belly space into a golden vessel.
4. Lift the vessel into the space of your heart, where it fills with the water of the pure morning dew.
5. Lower the golden vessel back down to your belly space – pour the life giving water f rom the vessel, where it flows into the dry landscape.
6. Green grass starts to grow everywhere in the landscape, as far as you can see –
7. you are overjoyed, filled with hope and gratitude!
