• Imagine standing in front of the door to your warm home.
• Outside, the howling wind is blending with all the raindrops. It is cold.
• The door opens and you step over the threshold with your right leg. (Make the gesture forward with your right leg).
• But the left leg does not want to follow. Now you are standing between the outer world, which is sinking because of crises, and the warmth of Gaia and her elemental beings, who know how life will go on in unforeseen ways.
• Make up your mind!
• Take the step over the threshold and thus, make the gesture that unites the left and the right foot.
