Human, remain courageously seeking on the path that is yours,

the path of recognising who you are,

and reveal yourself to me – openly, honestly and truly.

Expose yourself-

Discharge yourself of the old, imposed dogmas,

no matter where from imposed.

Dismiss them now for our renewed union.

Be brave and meet yourself-

truthfully, openly and honestly.

• Sit down. It is a radiant day. Imagine earth’s sphere floating in front of you and you gaze raptly at its living beauty.
• Now the globe begins closing in and it comes so close, that it touches your heart area not only from the outside, but also from the inside.
• Take enough time to experience its touch.
• Night has fallen. The sphere of the full moon hovers behind your back at the level of your heart.
• Then, the moon begins to approach your back until it touches the rear area of your heart space. Decide for yourself, how deep you allow this touch into your inner being.
• Take enough time to experience and bless the presence of the spiritual world, the ancestors and the descendants.
