Your activated heart energy grows more present.

Gaia receives it – your heart energy –

and amplifies it through her presence,

which you humans are becoming even more aware of.

• Imagine that a fine golden spiral begins to develop in the centre of the earth.
  It expands horizontally until the spiral has the width of the equator.
• Then it begins to rise – in the direction of your body – still spiralling. It contracts progressively, until it is so narrow that it can just touch the soles of your feet.
• The golden spiral then lifts you higher and higher, up to the level of your heart.
• Here you can take a break and listen to the dialogue between the Earth’s heart
  and your heart.
• Afterwards, the golden spiral brings you back to the ground. It spreads out so far that it can reach people close to you. The expansion continues until all those people are touched who are ready to vibrate in harmony with earth’s heart.
