by the elemental realms;

• Feel the sun so high above you that you cannot see it.
• You can however feel the sun’s love and warmth. This causes all the connections between the cells and between the microbes of your body to be thawed, giving way to a unique openness to transformation within your body.
• Now the gravitational pull of the moon is at work. It is capable of moving oceans at high and low tide.
• The magnetic pull of the moon is extracting toxins and dead intercellular connections from your body that will be stored in the mineral layers of the moon for recycling.
• Now the wisdom of Gaia comes into play.
• Her elementals fill the emptied micro-spaces in your body with the golden essence of her wisdom.
