Enter time and again our common spiritual space.

The more deliberately you seek our association,

the clearer our shared creative space will reveal itself to you.

Here with me, you will become aware of your potential for this earthly path.

(Exercise from Marko)

• The exercise begins in a standing position.
• Feel your presence from the soles of your feet to the top of your skull.
• Then sit down and remain seated for the rest of the exercise. Imagine that you are standing at the level of your tailbone and that your head reaches up to the top of your skull. Now you are smaller but more concentrated in your power. Feel it.
• Then take the next step upwards.
• Now you are standing at the level of the lower tip of the sternum, with your head still reaching up to the top of the skull.
• How does it feel to stand at the level of your personal elemental being and to be as small as a child?
• Now imagine turning around towards your back space and look into the eyes of Gaia. Your eyes are now at the same level.
• Use this closeness to Gaia to connect more deeply with her.
