Hold the companions,

who departed from you in the physical world, in remembrance.

They are here.

They are ready and expecting you to escort you further.

Just turn towards them,

you will receive their accompanying blessing,

and their support for your earthly journey.

From their present spiritual realm, they speak to you:

“Awaken”.

• Imagine that you are standing on the bank of a wide and deep river.
• Your path in life would continue on the other shore. How do you get there?
• Now summon some of the deceased people you know from your personal life or from collective memory.
• Feel them by your side and then cross the great water.
• Take time to feel how close they are and how helpful their support can be when you are faced with difficult moments in your life.
