Human beings – live your mediatorship

between heaven and earth,

in the connectedness to Gaia, for Gaia –

mother of all being.

Do it, no matter where you are,

with whom you are

and what you do.

Embrace the part that is yours.

Become aware –

Christ in you.

(Exercise from Marko)

• The exercise can be done standing or sitting.
• Imagine that two whirlpool chains of pure water come from the depths of Gaia. They climb up your legs until they reach your coccyx. There they begin to cross to the opposite sides of your body.
• The chain of whirlpools that climbs along your right leg continues along the left side of the body.
• When both whirlpools of pure water arrive to your clavicles, they unite inside your throat.
• At your throat, they disperse into innumerable drops of water.
• Each drop carries the message into the world that the time has come for human beings to be who we really are.
• Repeat the exercise a few times.
