• Imagine standing up to your knees in the Earth, in an extremely dry landscape with cracks all around.
• The cracks reflect and appear upon and within your whole body.
• Bow down to the Earth, kneeling a bit, to bring you closer to the earth.
• Touch the ground with your hands, your head lowered as an expression of humility.
• In that moment the cracks in your body and the Earth become filled with a golden light energy.
• Feel the healing process upon your body and the body of the Earth, mirroring each other.
