- Imagine that you sit with feet positioned upon the Earth globe as it appears when observed from a satellite.
- You feel the globe under your feet adjusting to find its proper position, in tune with the present cosmic moment.
- When the proper position of the Earth globe is found, become aware of a smaller globe searching for the proper position within the space of your heart. It represents your inner compass.
- After your inner compass has found its proper position, imagine that you receive two wings – like a butterfly.
- Move your wings until you are in tune with the cosmic matrix of the given moment, in the process of the universal change.
