Spirit beings in human bodies –

transformation has begun,

– these times.

Resurrect

to live in yourselves

that inner gift that is the heart’s thinking.

Allow yourselves to nourish your mind

out of your heart.

Gaia bestows herself on you

and accompanies your metamorphose.

Follow bravely a new way

and leave the old paths.

Trust in the new that is unknown

and gratefully look at the old

that is fading away.
