While the year changed from 2020 to 2021 also the source of the messages received by Andrea Rossla-Brandt changed. Instead of Gaia messages Andrea started to receive messages from Michael. Michael can be presented as a cosmic individual who in the present phase of the human development took over the task to mediate between Gaia, the creator of the Earthly cluster of worlds, and humanity. The exercises continue to be created by Marko Pogačnik.

Stay alert during your awakening
and whenever you are connected
with the spiritual realm.
- While sitting, imagine there is high, thick wall in front of you.
- The wall is so close to you that your knees can feel its coldness.
- For a moment you feel despair, for it seems that your path to the future is blocked.
- Then imagine turning around, standing up, and walking in the opposite direction.
- There is no wall to stop you – only the inspiring beauty of nature.
- Your despair is gone.
- Then imagine turning around to look upon the wall.
- The wall is gone! The path in front of you is open!
- Rejoice!
