THE UNIFIED LOVE FIELD OF HUMANITY

1.

• Remember someone you love who has already passed away or whom you suspect has amessage for you.
• Just now, only the person’s face is important. Expand his or her face until it fills the wholeroom in front of you.
• Now stand up.
• Take one or two steps towards the face until you merge with the face.
• Feel the presence of that soul and develop a silent conversation with it.

• Imagine a white cylinder resting vertically on your shoulders that is just a little higher thanyour hands raised above your head.
• Now move your hands carefully into the cylinder as far as you can.
• Move your fingers in the cylinder, following the language of your soul, until you feel contactwith the sphere of souls.
• Then move your hands wider apart so that the cylinder dissolves, and while keeping yourhands outstretched, connect with your heart level.
• Feel with your fingers that the sphere of the spiritual world exists around you, but on adifferent vibrational level.
