- Imagine sitting on a chair in an open-topped box.
- The enclosure is so tight and high that you can only see the highest of the tree crowns through the opening above your head.
- Become aware of the spark of Gaia pulsating in your elemental heart, focused at the lower end of the breastbone.
- The Gaia spark starts to radiate to all sides simultaneously.
- Under the pressure of the pure light of Gaia, all four sides of the enclosure fall to the ground.
- Now you can see and feel the trees around you, the animals gazing at you, the stones, the mountains…
- While you continue to send Gaia rays into the nature around you, beings of nature begin to direct their own Gaia light towards you.
- You find yourself in the middle of a happy exchange of Gaia and Michael blessings.
