WEEKLY EXERCISES TO CONNECT WITH GAIA, PART XXV.

Human Being, 

in spite of all the storms 

and imponderables 

on the outside, 

allow yourself to settle 

into your inner peace.

Make a conscious decision to do so.

Withstand the outside 

by moving into your centre, 

your inside.

Exercise:

  1. Imagine to walk peacefully along a lake and admire lotuses swimming on the surface, fish jumping out of the water, reed moving in the wind…
  2. Unexpectedly the water surface starts to circle creating a deep whirlpull.
  3. Out of the whirlpull a tremendous dark monster appears.
  4. Observe your reaction. Are you able to hold peace within – or do you fall into panics?
  5. Instead of nourishing fear, you should instantly connect to your elemental heart positioned at the end of your breastbone.
  6. It is the centre of your being as a being of Gaia. 
  7. All other extensions of your NEW BODY are positioned around that centre.
  8. Take time to feel how it is if you are present at the centre of your own earthly universe.
