Theme of the Gathering: RE-CONNECTING WITH THE ORIGINS OF LIFE
Purpose of LifeNet
The rapidly changing planetary situation calls for dedicated individuals and groups to come together and to support Earth’s inner developments, cooperation with beings from different levels of existence who work on furthering Gaia’s transformation. LifeNet is a free association of individuals and groups working in the form of telepathic workshops that follow a monthly rhythm. Each second year we organize an international Gathering to ground our work on one of the sacred places of the Earth. Since the first Gathering in Lendava, Slovenia (2008), Gatherings were in Sweden, England, Croatia and three times in Germany.
Why Istria this time?
Istria is a triangle positioned between the Slavic world in the east and Romanic in the west. It can perfectly balance the mind of the West with the love quality of the East. From the geomantic point of view Istria is one of the places on Earth capable of supporting the creative processes of Gaia that make life to appear upon the Earth. In the form of the natural “Limes Canal” that extends 15 Km from the sea into the body of Istria, the country connects the inner life of the Earth with the miracle of embodied life. Istria is one of the places where it is possible to re-connect to the stream of life after it has changed its flow and vibration in this epoch of planetary transformation.
How the LifeNet creative gathering 2025 is organized?
First part is the gathering.
Thursday: arrival in the late afternoon, evening meal, opening ceremony.
Friday: morning meditation, breakfast, plenary session, lunch, time for swimming in the sea, 2- hour workshops offered by the participants, evening meal, evening lectures.
Saturday: morning meditation, breakfast, travel with buses to chosen places of power along the Limes Canal, evening meal, musical session or bathing in the sea.
Sunday: morning meditation, breakfast, concluding plenary session and rituals, departure after lunch time.
The second part of the gathering is an excursion to the sacred places of Istria, led by Marko, Maša, Tea and Marinko. There will be one bus with 45 places at disposal. The excursion starts on Monday morning, September 29th and finishes on Wednesday evening, October 1st. Please register in the application form if interested.
Those who cannot come to Istria are invited to participate at the gathering from a distance, through guided meditation. Its text will be sent to everyone on the regular LifeNet mailing list before the gathering.
Language
The language of the gathering is English. Translations in other languages will be provided if needed, translations to Slovenian and Croatian will be provided by volunteers.
Workshops by the participants
If anyone wishes to offer a two-hour workshop on Friday afternoon, please make a proposal while registering. The gathering preparation committee will select workshops for the gathering. The workshops plan will be presented during the opening session. After that, each of us will be able to choose a workshop to attend.
Starting day and time: Thursday, September 25th
Registration will be from 4pm to 6pm.
Dinner will start at 6.30pm, and the official opening at 8pm.
Concluding date and time: Sunday, September 28th
The gathering will conclude in the early afternoon.
Travelling guide:
For those arriving by plane, it would be best to fly to Pula. From Pula there are bus lines to Poreč.
From other airports, you need to get to Poreč by bus as well.
From more distant European countries and other continents, the most likely option will be Venice. From there, there are several options: by plane to Pula – there are several lines a day, by bus to Poreč or by boat to Poreč.
From Poreč to Hotel Delfin (Resort Zelena Laguna) there are several options:

For the gathering, we offer 3 different payment options. The regular fee is €170. For those who need a discount, the reduced fee is €140. If you can help support others, the fee is €200. Please choose the option that is most comfortable for you:

Cancellation
If you cancel your participation until 1 September 2025, you will receive a refund except for the non-refundable deposit of €50. In case of cancellation after 1 September 2025, €60 will be refunded.

Accommodation and meals
Accommodation for the gathering is taking place in Hotel Delfin in Poreč. Price (including breakfast and dinner):
- Double room: €43/day per person

Second part of the gathering (optional) – 3-day excursion to sacred places in Istria, from September 29th to October 1st – we are accepting applications at this moment. There are 45 spots available, priority will be given to early applicants.
The excursion fee is €200. Participants will be informed at a later time whether they have secured a place for the second part. You will pay this registration fee only if your application for the second part will be confirmed. So please don’t make the bank transfer for the second part yet.
Accommodation for the second part (from September 28th to October 2nd) is not yet confirmed, since Hotel Delfin might be closed on September 28th. We are waiting for confirmation from the hotel. If needed, we will provide an accommodation nearby as soon as possible; prices may be higher (up to max. 50%, probably less).
